Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows Part One

On Tuesday 23rd Novermber I went to watch Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows Part One. This is my favourite of the Harry Potter films, now I'm going to give you all the info you need. Be warned, this review is not for the faint hearted!

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part One is an exciting, thrilling, nail-biting adventure. Harry and his friends get saved by a House Elf! Daniel Radcliffe wears a bra! The saddest part of the film was when Bellatrix Lestrange murders House Elf:Dobby.
I think this film is unsutable for children under the age of eight years old. It includes: scary scenes, phrases such as "bloody hell", snogging, fantasy and non-fantasy violence. There is also a scene of Hermione being tortured.
I highly reccomend you watch Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows Part One this winter!

Christmas at Liverpool One

On Wednesday 10th November I went to Liverpool One to celebrate Christmas a month early.
When we got there the thing that caught my eye was a ride called the North Star. The North Star ride is a massive pole that sticks about 250 meters into the air. It has ropes on it that hold seats. Once you’ve got on, there’s no going back. When the ride starts the seats start to spin round and you just go higher and higher and higher. You’re up there for about 10 hours as well. If you’re going to fall off anything, it’s going to be that.
Next thing we did was a ride were you pick up an inflatable ring, go up to the top of the slide. When you get to the top of the slide you get pushed down very hard. You get two goes for £2.50 which is worth it.
After my two goes I went to the climbing wall which is £3.00 for about 10 minutes. I paid (or my mum paid) and went on. Considering I am nine years old I was very good. I got about three quarters of the way up until I fell. Then again and again and again.
Finally I got off the climbing wall and we went ice skating. I got it for free but normally it’d be £4.00 for children and £7.50 for adults. It was probably one of the best things I’ve done in my life!
I highly recommend this, this Christmas.
